He was married June 2, 1892, at Leyden, Mass., to Ellen Budington, who, with three children, survives. ... He was stricken while on a mission to the churches of Great Britain, speaking on Anglo-American unity, and died Feb. 1, 1919, at Liverpool, England, of heart failure following a surgical operation.
